Originally licensed in California in 1989 Joyce brings years of experience selling residential homes, condos, and land - working with both buyers and sellers. Born in Cleveland, Ohio and moving with her family to Washington D.C., Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, and then Beverly Hills, CA she began working as a beauty consultant and sales representative where she honed her skills in service and negotiation. Her career in real estate began from an appreciation of wonderful properties and beautiful homes. With an aptitude for personal interaction and born with diligence, commitment, and attention to detail, she can understand a property's unique merits along with the characteristics of our different communities. She thrives in the process of buying and selling and is great at what she does. She's been a top producer on Kauai with over 100M in sales in the last five years. She is a mother of two, Joshua and Luke. Joshua was born severely handicapped, passing gracefully at the age of eighteen after bringing much joy and love into their lives. To her great joy, Luke and wife Michelle has gifted Joy and her husband Scott with 2 beautiful granddaughters, Mai and Aria. Mornings may find Joy practicing yoga, walking a beautiful Kauai trail or neighborhood, or having a walk and swim in the ocean. Tim Ross
Aloha, my name is Tim Ross, and I received my real estate license over 20 years ago. Originally, I received my license first to find fixer properties to flip. Instead, I fell in love with Real Estate and assisting buyers and sellers, and I went into Real Estate full-time. Initially, I became licensed in Northern California, in the Humboldt County area. After eight years in California, I received my broker license, which I still have.
In 2018, my wife and I made a move to Kauai County, Hawaii! We instantly adored the life of Aloha and are grateful to be a part of the beautiful Island lifestyle. Before moving, I received my Hawaii broker license and started working at a brokerage immediately.
For most people, purchasing or selling a home is their most significant single investment. If you want to live on this beautiful island, it would be my pleasure to help guide you through the Real Estate process and share the Aloha spirit with you.
